Gina Macauley

Gina’s Yoga journey began with her mum when they went to their first Yoga class together in the late 1980s. Over the years, Gina has practiced a variety of styles with different teachers and has discovered that there is no one style that best suits her body all the time. It’s this philosophy that she brings to her teaching, giving her students the benefit of her combined influences to discover, through the ancient teachings of yoga, how best to work with their own body and mind to achieve their lifestyle goals.

Gina has an Advanced Diploma in Yoga Teaching, a Graduate Certificate in Yoga Therapy and is an iRest® Yoga Nidra Level II teacher in training. She has also undertaken studies with Indian teachers AG and Indra Mohan.

This year she is undertaking a māntra course with Kausthub Desikachar.

Kerry McGregor

Kerry's background as a massage therapist was the starting point for her yoga journey. Her fascination with functional anatomy was fuelled by the beauty, strength and grace of the postures and she was thrilled to find a way to offer her clients a more comprehensive approach to long term spinal care and core stability issues (and fix her own back in the process!) What she didn't expect was to fall in love with a practice that would change her life. Peace, self-acceptance, balance and contentment came hand in hand with strength, fitness and flexibility.

Kerry's training in classical yoga was followed by an advanced teacher training with Donna Farhi. She draws on her passion for Somatics and Feldenkrais in conjunction with yoga and continues to take workshops with international teachers whenever possible.
